Service Description
Sleep is fundamental to mental and physical repair. If sleep is disturbed or lacking, we are unable to adaptively process events and emotions we've encountered during the day. We are left feeling on-edge, irritable and unable to function as we should. Long term sleep deprivation is a debilitating problem. Hypnotherapy is a highly effective treatment for insomnia and can remove the anxiety around not sleeping, which feeds it. It's also useful for reducing snoring or helping you to manage the problem of a snoring partner.
Cancellation Policy
Please note: Cancellations made 48 hours or more before a scheduled appointment will receive a full refund. Cancellations made between 48 and 24 hours of a scheduled appointment will receive a 50% return of any advance payment made. Within 24 hours of a scheduled appointment the full session fee is payable. Thank you.
