Sleep is fundamental to mental and physical repair. If sleep is disturbed or lacking, we are unable to adaptively process events and emotions we've encountered during the day. We are left feeling on-edge, irritable and unable to function as we should. Long term sleep deprivation is a debilitating problem. Hypnotherapy is a highly effective treatment for insomnia and can remove the anxiety around not sleeping, which feeds it.
