Service Description

I'm an experienced actor, director and teacher. I've coached many actors for successful auditions and delivered hypnotherapy training for actors at East15 Acting School. This extended workshop session combines hypnosis with hands on coaching and direction so you feel fully prepared for any important event. It works best to rehearse in whatever medium you will be using-whether that's Zoom, Teams or face to face. We will work not only upon the content of your interview or audition, but your use of voice, body-language and non-verbal communication; plus how to combat nerves and present the most confident and competent version of you. For actors this might involve meeting in a suitable rehearsal space. The session includes a tailored guided visualisation recording and follow up phone/zoom call to process outcome.
