Service Description

I'm a qualified acting teacher and coach, experienced in working with actors and business professionals. This extended session uses a mixture of hypno-desensitisation, direct suggestion and powerful visualisation work to help you to overcome fear or 'stage fright' and be your best. This session also includes breathing techniques, plus a series of hypnosis recordings tailored to you, to ensure that you continue to keep nerves at bay. *As the pandemic has so greatly impacted the arts, I am offering a 50% discount to all Spotlight registered performers or recent graduates (post 2019) of CDS Drama Schools*
